Half way through another week... Time is just zooming by.  Just a reminder to parents that we have parent-teacher conferences this coming Monday, October 21 from noon-8 in our classrooms and the following Monday, October 28 from 10-6 in the gymnasiums.  I hope to see all of you!

ADVANCED MATH
Today we spent some time reviewing the quiz.  Students who want to retake the quiz are welcome to come on the following days/times:

• TOMORROW:  after school until 5:00
• FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18:  6:30 a.m. until school starts
• MONDAY, OCTOBER 21: before noon, only by appointment
• TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22: 6:30 a.m. until school starts, after school until 4:30
• WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 23: 6:30 a.m. until school starts
• THURSDAY, OCTOBER 24: 6:30 a.m. until school starts
• FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25:  6:30 a.m. until school starts, after school until 4:30

Also, and this is the last time I'll post about this, but I strongly encourage students to participate in the UW-Madison Talent Search.  I currently do not have a single student attempting this, and it would be SO nice to see a Cougar on that list! Please see me for more information.

LANGUAGE ARTS
Spooky story Draft 2 is due TOMORROW before you walk through that door for Language Arts class! Block 1 and Block 2 (A-L) will email their stories to me.  Block 2 (M-Z) and Block 3 will email their stories to Ms. Porter.  Those who do not have a completed story will be with us for detention after school for one hour.
